My name is Elisha Miller and I am an experienced arts administrator. I have admired the NSO’s artistry from the age of 8 when I first became engaged with orchestral music as the principal violist of the Ocala Youth Symphony. I looked to the National Symphony Orchestra as the pinnacle of this country’s orchestral scene and dreamed of one day working there. Like many musicians, I grew up and found that my skills and interests developed beyond the single role of performer and I found great joy in the pursuit of playing supporting roles within great music organizations. When the NSO opened up the position of Artistic and Executive Coordinator, I jumped at the opportunity to apply to work with the orchestra I have admired for over a decade.
